A home is not an office. Someone who comes back learns where things live, what you care about and what you would rather they left alone. We do not rotate staff through your flat.
When your cleaner is away, the replacement comes from our own team and is briefed beforehand — not booked from an agency the night before.
Why declared staff matters here
In Switzerland, whoever employs a domestic cleaner is responsible for social contributions and insurance. Pay someone cash and you are the employer in the eyes of the law, with the liability that comes with it. The canton of Geneva runs regular campaigns on exactly this.
Our staff are on permanent contracts under the cantonal collective agreement and insured. You receive an invoice and nothing else to handle.
